Cooperative Housing

At each house residents have their own room, and do their own shopping and cooking. Bi monthly meetings, facilitated by a YCCC staff person help residents to divide chores and provide mutual support. Staff also provide individual support to those who need help with shopping or preparation of meals, completing laundry or engaging in meaningful activities.

Residents pay one sum to YCCC monthly to cover rent, utilities, cable, and maintenance and repair of the house. YCCC provides maintenance to the property and appliances, and supplies furniture and major appliances.
