Entering Services
To
enter YCCC services (with the exception of the Farmhouse, Safe Harbor,
and Harmony House), an individual needs to be a resident of Yolo County
with a serious mental illness and a client of Yolo
County Department of Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Services (YCDADMHS).
To become a client of YCDADMHS a person must be either a recipient of
Medi-Cal or have no other medical insurance. To be evaluated by YCDADMHS,
contact an intake worker in either the Davis, Woodland, or West Sacramento
office. Once enrolled with YCDADMHS, the County will make referrals to
YCCC programs.
The
Farmhouse, Safe Harbor, and Harmony
House also accept clients from out of the county if there is a contract
in place with its mental health department. Residents of other counties
should contact the program director at the Farmhouse,
Safe Harbor, Harmony
House program through the respective counties' mental health departments.
YCCC also
accepts private pay clients. To enter services as a private pay client,
contact the Farmhouse, Safe
Harbor, Harmony
House program directly.
