YCCC board members recruited

Applications are being accepted now for openings on the Yolo Community Care Continuum’s board of directors. Individuals who are passionate about YCCC’s mission to help mentally ill adults are encouraged to apply.

The board meets monthly, usually on Mondays. Members are expected to participate and contribute at the meetings and any board events and to assist in fundraising efforts. For more information, contact Executive Director Michele Kellogg at main@y3c.org or 530-758-2160.

YCCC honored as Partner of the Year by Yolo Wayfarer Center

Yolo Community Care Continuum (YCCC) was honored by the Yolo Wafarer Center (YWC) in December 2010 as the recipient of the Don Wells award. YCCC and YWC share a passion for assisting those in the greatest need in our community. YCCC values the stron partnership built between our two agencies and looks forward to collaborating closely in the years to come.

2nd Annual YCCC Poker Night co sponsored by the Davis Oddfellows

That's right its back! We have a date for the 2nd annual poker event. Mark your calendars for October 23, 2010 at the Davis Oddfellows Lodge. There will be food, fun, and of course POKER!

YCCC Blinds & Bluffs Poker Night A Great Success!

Thanks to all who attended the event and all of the volunteers, sponsors, and donators. With your help we raised over $7,700. The money raised goes to support the services provided by YCCC to people with a mental illness. We look forward to our next poker event in the fall of 2011.
