Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Live Scan fingerprint and Department of Justice background checks, TB clearance, a physical exam, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.  Additionally, First Aid and CPR certifications must be obtained before employment and remain valid during employment.  Covid-19 vaccination required.

The Behavioral Health Tech is responsible for providing direct services to clients and for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the Behavioral Health Tech collaborates as a member of a multi-agency treatment team to develop and implement effective services. This is a non-exempt position.
Education: Coursework in psychology, social work or related field.
Experience: One year experience working with individuals with psychiatric disabilities.
Knowledge: Knowledge of and belief in the principles of consumer-centered treatment. Knowledge of DSM-V, medications and interventions. Knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
Special Skills: Demonstrated ability to work as a team and independently. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
