Breath Focus
- Eyes closed
- Breath in the phrase “I breath in peace and calm”
- Breath out the phrase “I breath out stress and tension”
- Continue for 10 to 20 minutes
Equal Time In and Out
- Breath through your nose for 5 seconds
- Breath out through your nose for 5 seconds
- Repeat
Modified Lion’s Breath
- Breath in through your nose and fill your belly with air
- When you can’t breathe anymore, open your mouth as wide as you can with a “HA” sound
